You will need a valid driver’s license, proof of age (you must be at least 21 years old), and a credit card for the security deposit. International renters should have an international driver’s permit along with their regular license.

Yes, you will need specific motorcycle rental insurance, which can be purchased through us at the time of rental. This insurance typically covers damage to the motorcycle, theft, and liability.

Can I rent a motorcycle with a passenger?

How are rental rates calculated?
Rental rates are calculated on a daily basis. We also offer weekly and monthly rates which provide savings over the daily rate.

What is the policy on fuel?
All motorcycles are rented with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. If the motorcycle is not returned full, a refueling charge will apply.
What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?
In case of an accident or breakdown, contact our 24-hour helpline immediately. We provide roadside assistance and will facilitate necessary support and bike replacement if required.
Can I take the motorcycle outside of Mexico City?
Yes, you may take the motorcycle on longer trips outside of Mexico City. However, please inform us in advance for approval and to discuss any additional insurance or equipment you might need.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are subject to a one-day rental charge.
